There are so many exciting things going on in the world of Fashion- accessible high street fashion at that! I’ll be honest I am the elusive, arm chair kind of shopping gal – I can hear the gasps.. You guys! Don’t Judge… It’s so comfy and easy.. Like to join me? Check out my little selection of online shopping. You’ll thank me later!
First off…. Rhianna for River Island has just launched, get it quick before it goes. I’ve had a little look at the offerings, and whilst stylishly beautiful, they are a tad pricier than what you normally pick up from River Island. Rhianna, the eternal bad girl has an ever changing style, flirting with feminine looks, sexy and edgy – I’m thinking a piece or two from her collection is a worthy buy. Love River Island – love it even more now. http://www.riverisland.com/rihanna-for-river-island
Second is the Mad Men collection for Banana Republic. I was so totally excited about this collection. I won’t lie, I’m behind in Mad Men so I’m not sure whats happening, but if a dress can make me look like Betty Draper, I’m in. Check it out: http://www.bananarepublic.com/products/mad-men-women.jsp
Next is the wonderful collection from Oscar De la Renta for the OutNet. It’s got the seal of approval from fashions’ darling, Olivia Palermo, and a gorgeous selection of items that won’t embarrass this celebrated fashion house. The dresses from this collection are stunning, and I would personally love to own the silk chiffon tweed dress, but sadly it’s still a little out of my range. A girl can dream! Check it out for the “ah” factor. http://www.theoutnet.com/Shop/Dress-Me/Oscar_de_la_Renta
Lastly I wanted to share a new little web site that I’ve been having a little nosy at lately. This site is based on the same shoe model websites that I’m sure you’re familiar with. You sign up, and go through a short questionnaire to define your style. You then get shown a selection of shoes based on your fashion preferences. Personally I’ve always found most of the products on these sites a little ‘cheap’ looking, but the site I found was surprisingly different. It’s called ShoeMint, and endorsed by Rachel Bilson. Personally I really like her style, and I think that the quality of shoes on this site look really good, and are often copies of designer brands. Its definitely worth a look if you’re in the mood for a little internet shopping. http://www.shoemint.com/showroom
