The Week #15

Hello june!

So the fact that it’s June is darn right nuts. How, when, where have the months gone? I heart the summer months though and with a trip back to the Greek islands on the cards and a flutter back home to England….I can hardly wait. Sometimes life is weird, and sometimes that weirdness just works out so perfectly it’s truly shocking. You simply have to sit back, be amazed and very, very grateful! Hello June indeed!

This Week:

* All those who dread the summer sweats which bring about melted make-up, read this post from the lovely Maskara blog. I’ve got quite a few of these things in my stash already!

* I went to watch Maleficent this weekend which was one of the most visually stunning films I’ve seen in a long time. I absolutely love it… go watch it if you haven’t already!
* I love this long flowing maxi dress from Urban Outfitters. Perfect for a summer wedding or party, this floaty beauty needs to be mine! This Topshop skirt is so stunning, perfect for day or night… this is added to my wish list!
* Lastly I’ve had my eye on the new Sculptor Countouring Face Slenderizer from Tarte. Get some killer cheekbones and slim down your face with this handy tool. I must buy this!
Have a wonderful week!

I still need to go see the movie. I am waiting for my husband to be off during the week. I love maxi dresses in the summer.

Glad to hear that yet another person was impressed with the visuals – I am waiting for my sister to see Maleficent (but getting more and more excited!).

I was originally skeptical of Maleficent, but you are not the only one who said it was very good, so I may take my hubby this week.

Yeah! I was born and raised in Cali, so any tips on keeping my makeup from melting in the summer months would be helpful.

That Urban Outfitters dress is beautiful! A bit pricey though & no where to wear it to. Pictures please, if you do buy it!
