The latest offering from Urban Decay was of course the beautiful Naked Palette 3, and in my opinion there haven’t really been many palettes that have out done it! Seeing as we all have this infamous palette, it’s important to think about all the different looks we can create with it. All too often we buy palettes and only use one or two colours from it. That’s no good, and I’m here to change your ways! So I recently brought you the Naked Palette 3 evening look, but this one is all about using the palette for every day make-up. Natural, pretty and very wearable even to work- should you have the time in the morning!
So first off we’re focusing on the left hand side of the palette, the pinky, shimmery colours that are more suitable for a day time look over the darker colours. I’ve kept this entire look really natural by putting just a wash of Limit all over the moveable eyelid, followed by Burnout directly on top of that and a little Buzz on the outer corners of the eyes. I then used Strange on the brow bone, and a touch of Trick – the golden beauty in this palette, on the inner corner of my eyes and underneath the lower lashes, for a touch of added sparkle. If you’re doing this for work you could always skip this step! I then lined the top lid, as close to the lashes as possible, with Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in Tornado.
For a warm summer look I swirled my Bourjois bronzer over my (too pale) Dior BB cream. I then completed the ‘natural day time look with a little of the Maybelline Baby Lips in 30 Peach Kiss.
This is a very easy, surprisingly natural day time look, that you can create with the Naked Palette 3 – try it today and let me know what you think!
