Students of Kryvyi Rih Sports School won five prizes at the International Swimming Championships

For two days, athletes from three countries competed for the swimming championship in international competitions. Kryvyi Rih swimmers also joined the tournament, winning three golds, as well as one silver and one bronze. In addition, two young athletes from Mariupol and Poltava, trained by a resident of our city, took part in the competition. The International Swimming Championships in memory of Olympic champion Cesek Ferenc was held from May 20-22. The competition was held in one of the sports complexes in Kaposvar, Hungary. Athletes from three countries – Ukraine, Hungary and Slovakia – fought for the victory. Among the participants in the tournament were Kryvyi Rih swimmers, pupils of the Children’s and Youth School №2. Athletes coach Lilia Bella. According to the results of the competition, Kryvyi Rih took the following places:

– Valery Primachik – I lay, I lay, I place;
– Nika Shrovutdinova – I put;
– Danilo Vishnevi – third place.

In addition, coach Lilia Bella is currently working with athletes from different parts of our country. Under her leadership, Olga Medvedeva from Mariupol took 1st and 2nd places at the international swimming championship, and Maria Dyachenko from Poltava took three first and second places.
